Cog was forged in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2009.  We literally formed the company as a result of listening to our customers and their partners over several years in various roles of responsibility.

Our customers told us that they were facing significant challenges executing their marketing campaigns. They told us that they wanted to dramatically simplify the way they got things done and that they wished that they could get their initiatives out the door faster without compromising quality. We could hear their frustration that all of their suppliers seemed to offer the same services, had the same equipment, and seemed more comfortable offering a quote than providing a solution.

When we listened to their stakeholder partners, they expressed frustration as well. Creative and design firms told us that they wished their clients fostered more of an atmosphere of innovation, and that cost-cutting measures didn’t have an adverse effect on creative and design development. Graphics production and printing  suppliers told us that they felt increasingly segmented, commoditized, and marginalized.

We know it’s been said before, but we challenged ourselves to create something new and different. Not
only for our customers, but for their internal and external stakeholders, as well. And, when we cleaned the slate and started to think about how to best apply our craft to all of the “gears” in your marketing, communications, or creative/design machine, the wheels started to turn.

The result is Cog, a nimble and collaborative multi-disciplinary provider of graphics production solutions configured just for you.
